Our National Centre in central Cardiff is one of the largest and best-equipped sports centres in Wales. We have high performance facilities for athletes, as well as gym and leisure facilities for the public.
Alongside our sporting facilities, we also have meeting rooms, accommodation and 2 cafés. Hwb Bach offers drinks and snacks, while Hwb Café serves meals throughout the day.
