All rooms have:
- Wi-Fi throughout
- large Microsoft Teams touch screens for video conferencing
- full air-conditioning
Most of our rooms can be set up as either:
- theatre – rows of chairs with 1 table at the front of the room
- cabaret – tables with 8 chairs placed around each table
- classroom – tables with 3 chairs each facing the front of the room
- boardroom – 1 enclosed loop of tables
- u-shape – 1 open loop of tables
Sophia 3 is a dedicated boardroom space only, with up to 10 chairs.

All rooms have a minimum 2-hour booking charge.
