All rooms have:

  • Wi-Fi throughout
  • large Microsoft Teams touch screens for video conferencing
  • full air-conditioning 

Most of our rooms can be set up as either:

  • theatre – rows of chairs with 1 table at the front of the room
  • cabaret – tables with 8 chairs placed around each table
  • classroom – tables with 3 chairs each facing the front of the room
  • boardroom – 1 enclosed loop of tables
  • u-shape – 1 open loop of tables

Sophia 3 is a dedicated boardroom space only, with up to 10 chairs.

All rooms have a minimum 2-hour booking charge.
