This is the home of Welsh judo and features two full-sized judo and wrestling areas. Designed for technical development and preparation. Can be used for competitions, with spectator seating.
Designed to support a wide range of group exercise and indoor sport activities. The studio is adaptable to both casual and performance-based activities.
The studio has space for up to 26 people in a fitness class. Suited to group training, movement sessions and instructor-led programmes.

We’ve designed this area specifically to meet the needs of high‑performance athletes. This specialist space has advanced equipment, such as an anti‑gravity treadmill.
It is supported by Sport Wales Institute staff, including physiologists, physiotherapists and performance specialists. They work on site to help athletes better prepare and recover.
Several national governing bodies have facilities at the National Centre. Welsh Boxing has a fully equipped training environment. And Welsh Gymnastics have a purpose‑built space for coaching and training.
