Reflective practice is becoming more widely accepted as a mechanism that can facilitate learning from experience and the improvement of coaching practice.
However, debate continues regarding how reflective practices can be made purposely and meaningful to the extent that they result in adaptive outcomes.
This session will focus on outlining the concept of critical reflective practice, how it is facilitated and supported, and how reflection at this level can aid coach development.
