How We Use Your data
In signing up for a CLIP online account you agree:
- To Sport Wales collecting and processing the personal data you provide when registering in order to provide access to the service and to optimize the service for its users. We do this under the legal condition of providing a service.
- To Sport Wales accessing and processing the personal data you provide on Eventbrite and PayPal in order to run events and manage memberships. We do this under the legal condition of providing a service, and to deliver our lawful obligations.
- That you are over 16 years old.
Information shared with Sport Wales relating to your CLIP membership will only be used for the purposes of running the CLIP Programme.

What Information do we use?
Sport Wales will use:
- Your name
- Your email address
- The name of your organization or sporting body
- Technical information about your device, including IP address and information gathered by Cookies.
Who do we share your data with?
To enable us to run CLIP, your information will be shared with Grandad Digital, our web service provider. And, if you sign-up to any events or subscriptions, your information may be shared with, Eventbrite, our ticketing partner. You can find out more about how our partners use your information below:

How long will you keep my data for?
Data collected for your CLIP membership will be held by Sport Wales for the lifetime of the programme.
What are my Rights?
You have the right to have your information updated/rectified, a record of your information provided to you, and the right to have all information permanently deleted, unless Sport Wales has a lawful right to retain a record to meet its legal obligations (such as records of payment).

Use of third party platforms
Eventbrite
Some CLIP sessions require booking via Eventbrite.
When using Eventbrite, it is your responsibility to consent to and comply with all terms of service and privacy policies required to use Eventbrite. Sport Wales does not accept any liability for the use of your personal data by Eventbrite, or any misconduct on the platform by a CLIP user.
Interacting with CLIP content
Signing up to a CLIP account will give you access to content which is exclusively available to CLIP members.
Restricting content to users with an account helps us to continue running the programme and to optimize the programme for our users.
You must not share CLIP content with others by linking to videos or by copying and pasting written material.
