Trustee
The Role:
UDOIT! are looking to add 2-3 new Trustees to our existing board to help support and shape the next stage in the charities growth.
While previous experience of being a trustee is not essential, we are looking for enthusiastic individuals who share our core values and goals and who can add new perspectives, insight and skill to the board.
We believe strongly in having a diverse board and encourage applicants from all backgrounds and ages to apply if they feel they have the right skill set.
Key responsibilities
- Have a good understanding of the sport and the environment in which the charity operates.
- Be able to attend 4-6 Board meetings a year (the majority are remote)
- Be able to contribute, as they are able, to the charity’s activities and all agenda items.
- Be able to assist in the development of the UDOIT! Strategy and monitor, as appropriate, the operational performance of the charity.
- Have an understanding and the competencies required of a charity trustee.
