Table Tennis Wales is looking for an experienced and motivated Lead Coach to spearhead the development of the pathway and performance athletes, guiding them toward success at the senior international level. This is a unique opportunity to significantly influence the future of table tennis in both Wales and Great Britain, fostering a culture that supports athletes, coaches, and support staff in reaching their full potential.
As the Head of Performance Pathway, you'll work closely with the Head of Participation to ensure table tennis is an inclusive, accessible, and exciting sport for all ages and abilities.
