Gentle, enjoyable stretches and asanas (traditional yoga postures) ease out muscle tensions and promote flexibility, strength and stamina. Relaxation techniques help the body to let go of tension.

Simple breathing techniques encourage quietness of mind and lead on to simple meditation practices that help develop an experience of inner calm.
